Forex Rate Subscription Agreement

Subject to the payment of all required Subscription Fees (as detailed in the Order Form), Forex Rate hereby grants to Subscriber, and Subscriber accepts from Forex Rate, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license for the duration of this Agreement to receive and use certain exchange rates subscribed to through Forex Rate's website ("Forex Rate Exchange Rates") for the specific purposes and under the terms and conditions outlined herein.

a. Subscriber agrees not to communicate, sell, resell, or otherwise make available, or allow to be communicated, sold, resold, or otherwise made available, Forex Rate Exchange Rates (or any portion thereof) or values derived from Forex Rate Exchange Rates to any third party, without written consent from Forex Rate. b. If Subscriber becomes aware of any unauthorized use of Forex Rate Exchange Rates by a third party, Subscriber will promptly notify Forex Rate. Subscriber will subsequently cooperate with Forex Rate in investigating such occurrences.

a. Except during a free trial period, Subscriber shall pay Forex Rate the Subscription Fee in the amount and for the period specified on Forex Rate's website for the particular license level chosen by Subscriber or as selected in the Order Form. Access to Forex Rate Exchange Rates will begin upon Forex Rate's receipt of the initial Subscription Fee payment from Subscriber. Access may be granted earlier if Forex Rate permits a trial period. b. Forex Rate reserves the right to modify Subscription Fees at any time by posting notice of such changes on its website. If Subscriber objects to any Subscription Fee change, Subscriber must notify Forex Rate in writing within thirty (30) days of such posting. Without such written objection, Subscriber will be deemed to have accepted the Subscription Fee change.
